HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please place your jewelry in the original packing. PLEASE NOTE: Any free gifts received with your purchase, should also be included with your return. If you wish to keep the gift, you may do so, but you will be charged for the value of the gift against your refund. Indicate on the invoice which item is to be returned or exchanged. If you would like to make an exchange, please give a brief description of which item you wish to exchange the jewelry for. If you are requesting a return, please let us know why you are returning the item. We appreciate your feedback, good or bad we want to hear from you. If you are not returning but still want to provide feedback fill out the form located on our Contact Us page. If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number and order number or if you email rossiandrossijewelry@gmail.com we can gladly email you another copy prior to returning your items.

Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.

Optional: When shipping via the USPS, we highly recommend that you ship with a delivery confirmation to ensure we receive your item. Once your item is received, please allow up to 15 days for the processing of your request. If you are requesting a refund, it will be refunded using your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If you have not received a refund within 15 days of Rossi & Rossi Jewelry Customer Service receiving your item, feel free to contact us rossiandrossijewelry@gmail.com If your previous order qualified for free shipping and your returned purchase brings the total original order below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the original order.
