United States Orders:
We ship out all orders 3 - 7 business days. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking your info. You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is processed. Tracking Numbers will be provided via email when we ship your order. They will be traceable at www.usps.com once the package is scanned by the postal service. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be accessible in the USPS system. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Options and pricing for shipping methods to your country are provided in US dollars on our website when you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please note any applicable Customs, VAT, additional postage, or other fees associated with your package, are your responsibility and not part of our quoted prices. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, re-sizing (by anyone other than Rossi & Rossi Jewelry), or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customers’ responsibility.
